It is our first and the foremost priority to make sure that our buyer gets the ordered product delivered to him/her as soon as possible. However, most of the items that we make here are pre-sale or make-to-order. We believe that customer deserves the best quality product and that is why we make sure that each and every item is made fresh rather than sending a pre-made old product to our customers. However we always have particular hot selling items in stock so that we can deliver them as fast as possible to our customers.

However, it does not affect our delivery time at all. Most of the patterns are ready-made and it hardly takes 2-3 working days to prepare a jacket, unless a custom order is placed or due to any exception about which we inform the buyer beforehand.

Delivery Cycle:

Shipping and delivery process takes almost 10 days in total (under normal circumstances). 2-3 working days are required for manufacturing and further 3-7 working days are required for delivery.

We only use fast courier services for delivery including FedEx, DHL and SkyNet. For items available to be shipped from our warehouses in USA or UK we even use postal services if required.

Cost:

We have a flat rate or shipping that is $54.99 for most of the countries. However, for some countries in Eastern Europe, Africa and South America, the cost of shipping is a bit higher due to high postage cost in those regions. Good news! For orders above $249.99 we do not charge any shipping fee.

Taxes:

Customers should be aware that we are not responsible for any import duties/taxes a buyer may incur. The cost of item does not include the taxes. It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of the local rates of importing/buying our items.
Please note: The policy differs all around the world and some countries are very strict in fixing taxes for importing any high value item
