Return & Exchange policy

1. You need Request Merchandize Authorization number to be able to return or exchange any product bought from us. To receive this RMA, please send us an email mentioning the details about the product, date of purchase, and the invoice number.

2. The email we send in reply to your request contains your RMA number as well as return instructions.

3. You must send back a product that is unused and in its original packing in such a manner that all its labels and tags are intact.

4. Send the product through insured courier or postal service. We cannot be held responsible for any missing/lost product during transit.

5. Customers are liable to pay return shipping charges unless it is otherwise mentioned on the packaging of the product.

6. Shipping charges are payable for all returns due to size problems.

7. Refund of money will be done if the product has been received with a manufacturing defect and the customer desires his money back.

8. Money will be refunded using the payment method that was used by the customer to make the purchase (PayPal/Credit Card/Debit Card).

9. Return and Exchange policy is not applicable on all products that are on clearance sale or customized products ordered by the customers.

10. If a customer needs alteration in any customized product, we will happily do so provided the customer pays for both ways shipping charges.

11. Shipping charges apply on all products that are sent back to us for return or exchange even if they were sold with free shipping to the customer address.
